Car park

Dear visitor,

A particular car park regulation is applied to the inner city of Bruges. The inner city is divided in 3 different car park zones:

• Zone 1 Centre: In this "blue zone" you must use the new European parking-disc between 9 AM and 7 PM and you can park there for up to 4 hours. There's no time limitation on Sun- and holidays. Attention: Some streets are “paid car park areas” between 9 AM and 7 PM, as well on Sun- and holidays. Parking is allowed for maximum 2 hours.
• Zone 2 West-Brugge: this "Red Zone" is a “paid car park area” from 9 PM till 10 PM, as well on Sun- and holidays. Parking is allowed for maximum 2 hours.
•Zone 3 Innercity: this "yellow Zone" is a “paid car park area” from 9 AM till 7 PM, as well on Sun- and holidays. Parking is allowed for maximum 2 hours.

Buy your ticket at the ticket machine or pay by SMS (see intructions at the ticket machine).

For “long term parking”, make a reservation in one of the hotels with private parking or park in one of the underground car parks in the city (reduced tariff if reserved in advance at your hotel’s reception) or in one of the car parks around the city. A large car park is situated next to the railway station. From there you have a frequent and easy bus connection to and from the city centre (your car park ticket allows you to travel free on this bus).
